Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you total command over your e-mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one email box account to another, configure email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email box account you want to forward mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
